About the Role
Musada Hotels and Luxury Suites is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, welcoming, and maintained to the highest luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds with fresh linen.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other room amenities efficiently.
- Maintain pristine conditions in corridors, stairwells, lifts, and other public areas.
- Collect, sort, and deliver soiled linen and laundry as directed by management.
- Promptly report maintenance issues, property damage, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor and maintenance department.
- Handle lost-and-found items with integrity and log them correctly according to hotel policy.
- Respond politely and promptly to all guest requests and inquiries with a courteous attitude.
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies, ensuring the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Keep cleaning trolleys and equipment organized and fully stocked at all times.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- 2 to 4 proven years of professional housekeeping experience within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- High standards of honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness required for standing, bending, lifting, and pushing heavy trolleys for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
