About the Role
ACE Real Estates Development Limited, an award-winning and value-driven real estate development company in Nigeria, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating our brand presence through exceptional visual storytelling, compelling digital assets, and high-impact marketing collateral that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure consistent application of company brand guidelines across all online and offline design elements.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to produce engaging visuals for online promotions and email campaigns.
- Produce high-quality print collateral such as posters, signage, and corporate promotional items.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts for upcoming sales and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with professional photography, image editing, and manipulation to enhance overall visual appeal.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, industry software, and new technologies to continuously improve output quality.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional graphic design experience, preferably within the real estate or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
