Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve nutritious meals in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge and practical ability in preparing authentic Lebanese dishes.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness throughout the kitchen area.
- Ensure proper storage of all food items while strictly checking the quality and expiry dates of ingredients.
- Monitor kitchen supplies, inventory of ingredients, and cooking utensils to prevent shortages.
- Ensure all meals are properly prepared and presented according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and maintain a sanitized working environment.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional cooking experience in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Strong practical experience and proven knowledge in preparing diverse Lebanese dishes.
- Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, kitchen techniques, and recipe adherence.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail regarding food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen sanitation.
