About the Role
Khadasha Innovations Africa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to the highest standards.
- Make beds, replace used linen, and replenish guest amenities efficiently.
- Handle laundry, linens, and cleaning materials responsibly and safely.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and hotel housekeeping procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of all cleaning chemicals.
- Promptly report maintenance issues, damages, lost property, or unusual incidents.
- Maintain strict guest privacy and professional conduct in occupied rooms.
- Support the upkeep of common areas and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, professional cleaning, or a similar hospitality role.
- Basic knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, sanitation, and laundry practices.
- Physically fit, reliable, and capable of performing routine physical housekeeping duties.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of guest confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
