Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities and toiletries promptly and efficiently.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damages, reporting them immediately to management.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction during their stay.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and proper storage of linens and guest garments.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across all operational areas.
- Proven previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role within the hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, high reliability, and a strong work ethic.
