Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and comprehensive medical care to paediatric patients under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Participate actively in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and emergency response duties within the paediatrics department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and medical histories.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including nurses, pharmacists, and consultants.
- Demonstrate high professional standards, integrity, and adherence to hospital protocols and medical ethics.
- Possess an MBBS Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- Hold a current temporary practicing license issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and empathy when dealing with young patients and their families.
- Must be ICT compliant and capable of utilizing modern digital health records systems.
- Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment.
