About the Role
Charleson Luxury Hotels is a premium hospitality service located in the heart of Rivers State, Nigeria. We pride ourselves on delivering world-class service, top-tier guest security, and a restorative sense of therapy. Our top-rated, resort-styled hotel in Port Harcourt features 32 luxurious rooms, the Eunice restaurant, Mmadukaego bar, an infinity pool, roof garden suites, a fitness center, and expansive event facilities. We are currently looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain our exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across all 32 rooms, suites, and public resort areas.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces thoroughly to ensure compliance with company quality and hygiene standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, submitting timely reorders.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly adhered to across the facility.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
