About the Role
Denam Properties Limited, a premier real estate development and facility management company in Abuja, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Denam Apartments Limited (DAL). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our shortlet and serviced apartments provide a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Clean, sanitize, and thoroughly detail guest apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure a fresh supply of towels and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all assigned floor surfaces and furniture.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, water, and essential supplies promptly.
- Conduct final inspections using standardized housekeeping checklists to guarantee apartment readiness prior to check-in.
- Inspect apartments for damaged, missing, or misplaced items and report issues immediately.
- Communicate maintenance needs and faulty equipment to the supervisor without delay.
- Handle all guest belongings and inquiries with utmost honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, serviced apartments, or professional cleaning is a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of standard hygiene, health, and safety practices.
- Exceptional physical stamina with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight turnaround deadlines.
