Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and guest relations operations efficiently.
- Monitor and promptly act on guest feedback to close service gaps quickly and effectively.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and drive swift resolutions within a strict 30-minute timeframe.
- Manage room allocation and ensure a smooth, welcoming check-in and check-out flow for all visitors.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to verify strict adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Train, mentor, and appraise guest services staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Proven expertise in front desk operations and cross-department hospitality coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in professional guest complaint resolution and service standards enforcement.
- High adaptability to a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera or Cloudbeds is strongly preferred.
- Holders of First Aid certification or professional hospitality credentials like AHLEI will have an added advantage.
