About the Role
Christ The Redeemers International Secondary School, located in ChristHill, Sagamu, is part of the Christ The Redeemer's School Movement (CRSM), an initiative of the Directorate of Children & Teens Education under the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). Under the leadership of Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adeboye, the school is committed to developing well-rounded students through quality education and Christian values.
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate House Father to join our residential facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care, discipline, and overall welfare of students within the boarding house. You will serve as a mentor, role model, and guardian figure, fostering a safe, disciplined, and supportive living environment that enhances student development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily supervision and pastoral care to students in the boarding house
- Enforce school rules, regulations, and house policies consistently and fairly
- Monitor student conduct, health, and overall well-being
- Mentor and guide students on personal development and character formation
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school management regarding student progress
- Organize and supervise house activities, events, and recreational programs
- Maintain accurate records of student conduct and incidents
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other residential personnel
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.A, B.Ed) or HND in any discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a recognized educational institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with adolescents
