About the Role
iMMAP France/3iSolution is a non-profit organization delivering information management services to humanitarian and development partners. We empower vulnerable populations by strengthening local authorities' data management capabilities and institutional autonomy.
The Capacity Building Officer will develop tailored training modules and learning programs based on project tools and systems, conducting workshops with health and nutrition staff across multiple states. Working under the Project Manager's supervision in close collaboration with partners, you will ensure our programs meet the highest standards while remaining aligned with regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver customized capacity-building training and learning modules for health and nutrition stakeholders, delivered online or in-person as needed
- Lead rollout of health information management systems and tools to government counterparts and implementing partners across northeast and northwest Nigeria
- Conduct regular field visits to deliver in-person trainings, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure sustainable, independent system usage
- Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness
- Produce comprehensive training reports and contribute to organizational knowledge management systems
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Logistics teams for resource planning and budget alignment
- University degree in Information Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 years' capacity-building experience in information management
- Fluent English proficiency (essential)
- Proven experience designing and delivering trainings for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong expertise in health information systems (DHIS2, HMIS) and nutrition surveillance tools
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data collection platforms (KoBo, ODK, ONA)
- Demonstrated M&E experience with assessment design and outcome analysis capabilities
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and report-writing abilities
- Capacity to work effectively in challenging operational environments
- Knowledge of Nigerian and regional context required
