Synergy HR Solutions Limited is currently recruiting an experienced, results-driven Hotel Sales and Marketing Officer on behalf of our client, a leading hotel located in the vibrant hub of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Promote the hotel's accommodation, dining, and event facilities to prospective corporate and individual clients.
- Drive high volumes of room reservations, long-term corporate bookings, and event spaces utilization.
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and tourism partners.
- Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities to execute targeted promotional campaigns.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly reservation targets and overall revenue goals.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably within the Nigerian hospitality sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve ambitious performance targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lagos hospitality market and existing corporate client networks will be a strong added advantage.
