Extramileage Consults Limited is a leading full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company providing top-tier talent solutions to businesses across Nigeria. We are currently recruiting a dedicated and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our client's hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out while efficiently managing front office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome hotel guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Handle room reservations, guest check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes accurately.
- Manage front desk phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and properly serviced.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests efficiently to guarantee high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and payments using hotel management software.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in front desk or hotel reception roles.
- Female applicants only.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems and basic office software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting salary of N60,000 per month.
