We are currently recruiting a professional and physically active Hotel Porter to join our client's esteemed hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure processes are smooth, efficient, and memorable while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with professional customer service.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transport, and secure storage.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Escort guests to their assigned rooms and ensure all room amenities are in working order.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Handle guest requests and errands promptly and courteously.
- Assist with minor maintenance reporting and general front-of-house support as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or hotel environment.
- Male applicants only, due to the physical demands of the role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
