About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and elevate service standards across our partner hotels in Lagos. This vital role ensures optimal guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and seamless departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security departments.
- Ensure strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high-quality service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to monitor departmental expenses, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proactive maintenance coordination.
- Manage staff performance, facilitate training programs, and foster a culture of professionalism and accountability.
- Prepare regular operational reports, track KPIs, and advise management on strategic performance improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive operational experience within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in hotel revenue management, cost control, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of health, safety, security, and facility management protocols.
