Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation strategies.
- Lead, train, and mentor hospitality staff to foster a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations across all facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments within Landmark Africa to align hospitality services with broader real estate and event objectives.

- Proven professional experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
