About the Role
Circa Non Pareil is a prestigious fine dining luxury restaurant located in the heart of Lagos. We are seeking a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional beverages, delivering world-class customer service, and maintaining a pristine bar environment that aligns with our luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and beers according to luxury standards.
- Welcome guests warmly, take accurate orders, and offer expert beverage recommendations to elevate the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, ensuring proper replenishment of glassware, ice, mixers, and garnishes.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and maintaining transparent transaction records.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimize product wastage, and report stock shortages or equipment issues to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service regulations at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly with barbacks, waiters, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent educational qualification.
- Formal certification or professional training in bartending, hospitality, or catering is a strong advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Bartender within a reputable restaurant, hotel, or bar.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and diverse beverage profiles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
