About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a premier hospitality consultancy dedicated to elevating service standards in small and medium hotels across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Supervisor to manage daily hotel operations, drive staff efficiency, and guarantee seamless service delivery in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Security departments.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and punctuality while enforcing company policies and maintaining strict discipline.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring VIP guests and general patrons receive courteous and professional attention.
- Monitor the usage of hotel supplies and equipment, preventing wastage and ensuring proper accountability with the storekeeper.
- Prepare comprehensive daily operational reports for management and recommend strategies for service improvement.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven working experience in hotel supervision or general hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, keen attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
