Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and administrative functions to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Develop and implement robust operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and execute data-driven corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal company policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is a strong advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of proven professional experience in operations management, preferably within the Nigerian technology or IT sector.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, process optimization, and large-scale resource management.
