In this role, you will go beyond basic housekeeping to ensure every guest enjoys a spotless, welcoming, and unique environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the pristine appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and surrounding hotel areas.
- Deliver prompt and professional responses to special guest requests and inquiries.
- Stock, organize, and manage housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently.
- Perform physical housekeeping duties including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
- Uphold all company safety policies, quality standards, and confidentiality guidelines while maintaining a professional personal appearance.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning roles is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks.
