We are currently recruiting a professional, charismatic, and detail-oriented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our establishment. Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage the reservation system efficiently, coordinating table assignments and seating flow.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure their initial comfort.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the waitstaff, kitchen team, and management to optimize dining room operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and grace.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming reception and front-of-house area at all times.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), National Diploma, or relevant academic qualification.
- Proven hospitality experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or premium guest-facing environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished personal presentation.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A warm, welcoming demeanor and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
