In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience through warm hospitality, immaculate presentation, and seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, determine party sizes, and efficiently manage seating arrangements.
- Guide guests through dining areas, assist with seating, and provide clean, current menus.
- Inspect place settings for cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring napkins, silverware, and standard items are properly placed.
- Monitor dining room capacity, table availability, service flow, and overall guest well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift by adhering strictly to clean-as-you-go standards.
- Communicate effectively with culinary and service staff to ensure smooth guest transitions and exceptional service delivery.
- Adhere to all company safety, security, and hygiene policies while maintaining a professional personal appearance.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior professional work experience required; enthusiastic entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds comfortably.
