About the Role

Prestige Grove is a premier multi-unit serviced short-let property located in Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Lagos Mainland, currently preparing for an exciting soft launch. We offer business and leisure travelers a comfortable, stylish, and secure home-away-from-home experience with a strong focus on privacy and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced on-site Hospitality Operations Manager to spearhead our launch readiness and take full ownership of day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead overall property launch readiness and successfully manage all daily operations post-opening.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and provide direct supervision to all on-site personnel.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including utility providers, suppliers, contractors, and local artisans.
  • Oversee the comprehensive security function, including agency liaison, access policies, CCTV monitoring, incident review, and mandatory onboarding inductions for all security guards.
  • Monitor occupancy rates, dynamic pricing strategies, and P&L performance, delivering regular reports to ownership.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex guest complaints and internal staff issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an HND or BSc degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in hospitality, hotel, or serviced-apartment management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and basic P&L.
  • Fluent and professional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate, with close proximity to Ijaiye-Ojokoro considered a strong advantage.
  • Impeccable personal integrity and trustworthiness, given the independent oversight of cash handling, vendor payments, and guest unit access.
