About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and management consultancy firm, is seeking a talented and passionate Florist on behalf of our esteemed client in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, arranging, and maintaining exquisite floral displays across hotel lobbies, public areas, guest rooms, and event spaces. Key Responsibilities- Design, create, and maintain fresh floral arrangements for the lobby, reception, restaurants, and various public areas.
- Prepare bespoke floral setups for VIP guests, weddings, banquets, and high-profile corporate events.
- Coordinate with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to ensure all décor requirements are seamlessly executed.
- Manage floral inventory, source quality supplies from local vendors, and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain storage areas and floral equipment in a clean, safe, and optimal working condition.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification, with formal certification or apprenticeship in floristry strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a florist within a hotel, luxury resort, or high-end event management setting.
- Strong technical proficiency in floral design, plant care, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Good time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
