About the Role
Nine Stars Limited, a dynamic agricultural and real estate company based in Ode-Remo, Sagamu, Ogun State, is recruiting an experienced Hospitality Manager to drive operational excellence and lead our hospitality teams. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Staff Management- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of hotel staff, housekeeping teams, and security personnel
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance metrics
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide on-the-job training, and foster a professional, guest-focused culture
- Ensure guest rooms, common areas, and facilities maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Perform regular property inspections alongside housekeeping leads to ensure quality compliance
- Manage cleaning inventory, supplies, and coordinate maintenance requests efficiently
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce safety protocols, access control, and emergency procedures
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and tact
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent practical experience considered)
- Minimum 3–5 years supervisory or management experience in hospitality or facility operations
- Proven experience managing diverse teams including staff, cleaners, and security personnel
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
