Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional front-of-house and backstage hospitality to VIP guests, artists, and stakeholders.
- Assist the event operations team with backstage coordination, dressing room setup, and artist liaison duties.
- Welcome and guide guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve minor issues promptly, and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure environments.
- Collaborate with various event departments to ensure smooth backstage logistics and timely schedule execution.
- Relevant educational background or demonstrated interest in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or mass communication.
- Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and evenings during event cycles.
