Key Responsibilities- Drive patient acquisition through proactive field marketing activities and community outreaches.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, corporate organizations, and referral partners.
- Generate, track, and convert qualified patient and business leads to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate healthcare partnerships within the assigned market.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and comprehensive reports of all marketing and outreach activities.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully generate patients and drive business growth in a medical setting.
- Exceptional networking, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field marketing and localized promotional activities.
- Strict Location Requirement: Must reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas of Lagos State with easy access to the facility.
