Lakeshore Cancer Center (LCC) is the first operational facility in Nigeria solely dedicated to cancer prevention and treatment. Affiliated with the world-renowned Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York, our dedicated team of certified specialists and passionate professionals is committed to transforming oncology care in West Africa. We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Hospital Manager to lead our administrative and operational functions, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage healthcare staff, coordinate schedules, and foster a collaborative, high-performing multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian healthcare regulations, medical ethics, and international healthcare standards.
- Monitor facility budgets, manage procurement processes, and implement cost-effective operational strategies.
- Enhance patient experience by streamlining admission processes, resolving inquiries, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and international partners, such as Roswell Park Cancer Institute, on strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA or MHA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive management experience within a recognized hospital or healthcare facility.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and standard office productivity tools.
