Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Home Management lessons in alignment with the integrated American and Nigerian Universal Basic Education curricula.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and conducive classroom environment that encourages student participation and practical skill development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to ensure academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support holistic student development and teamwork.
- Utilize digital tools and modern educational technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Participate actively in school events, professional development programs, and extra-curricular activities.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. with a PGDE or equivalent) in Home Economics, Home Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong subject knowledge and exceptional classroom management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing IT and digital tools for modern classroom instruction.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school setting is an added advantage.
