About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for four (4) dedicated Home Health Aides to join our expanding team and help us transform home-based care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care and daily living assistance to patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, overall health status, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and light nutritional support.
- Maintain accurate daily care logs and utilize our digital platform to coordinate care workflows seamlessly.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.
- Interested candidates must possess a valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license OR a recognized care-giving certificate.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong passion for caregiving and elderly or patient support.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
