We are seeking a dedicated Home Economics Teacher to inspire and educate our students in this essential subject.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive Home Economics lessons across assigned classes
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Manage classroom resources and practical learning environments
- Mentor students in developing life skills and practical competencies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development programmes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance
- Bachelor of Education (B.ED) or Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S.ED) in Home Economics or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in school management or teaching
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
