About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our marketing initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition to solidify our market position in the Nigerian healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our HMO products and increase market share across corporate and retail segments.
  • Identify, secure, and manage high-value B2B partnerships, corporate accounts, and healthcare broker relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitor trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the Nigerian health insurance sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Represent Sterling Health HMO at industry conferences, networking events, and client presentations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service and product development teams to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing, sales, or business development within the Nigerian healthcare or HMO sector.
  • Strong understanding of the National Health Insurance Agency (NHIA) guidelines and the local health insurance landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a strong network of corporate contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and customer acquisition targets.
