Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful, productive, and imaginatively varied lessons to inspire pupils.
- Mark student work in line with school policies, providing constructive feedback and tracking continuous academic progress.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate all learning styles, including addressing the specific needs of LDD pupils.
- Engage in collaborative peer lesson observations within and beyond your department to share best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and research new topic areas to enhance classroom delivery.
- Bachelor of Education or a degree in a relevant education-related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of professional classroom teaching experience with young children.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is considered a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated patience, resourcefulness, and the ability to adapt instructional materials for diverse learners.
