Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the approved academic curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to address individual learning needs.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning and positive behavior management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to participate in curriculum development, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Foster a genuine love for mathematics and analytical thinking among young learners through creative teaching methods.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Sc, B.Ed, or M.Ed. in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven passion for teaching, mentoring, and caring for the academic and social development of children.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated strength in classroom management, patience, and conflict resolution.
- Prior experience teaching mathematics at the primary school level is an added advantage.
