Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create interactive and stimulating teaching aids to enhance student comprehension and participation.
- Supervise student activities and ensure the safety, well-being, and pastoral care of all children in your charge.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration on school events, meetings, and curriculum development.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Sc, B.Ed, or M.Ed qualification from a recognized institution.
- A demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and genuinely caring for the development of children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Proven classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse learning needs.
- Prior teaching experience in a formal primary school setting is an added advantage.
