Key Responsibilities- Assist technical teams, plant operators, and construction personnel with daily on-site activities and routine operational tasks.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled, maintained, and safely stored before, during, and after operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety compliance and prevent workplace hazards.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, protocols, and instructions provided by senior project staff and supervisors.
- Perform general manual labor and logistical support duties as assigned to keep projects running efficiently.
- Possess practical experience supporting technical, plant, or construction operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a dynamic team and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Good physical stamina and the readiness to undertake hands-on tasks in varied operational environments.
