We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Heating Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing technical team and ensure optimal climate control operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identifying potential maintenance risks on equipment before they escalate.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for various HVAC systems efficiently.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing heating and cooling systems, as well as performing warranty services.
- Executing emergency repairs promptly and professionally.
- Providing valuable technical direction and on-the-job training to junior personnel.
- Keeping comprehensive daily logs and records of all maintenance functions performed.
- Ensuring total compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Minimum of Trade Test 1-3 certification in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with standard HVAC protocols.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics and work plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including after hours, weekends, and public holidays with short notice.
- Physical capability to work safely in confined spaces.
