Key Responsibilities- Assist the project engineering team with daily on-site construction activities and supervision.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Participate in quality control checks, materials testing, and site inspections.
- Help prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and senior engineers to resolve on-site technical challenges.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering.
- Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or a very recent graduate.
- Proficiency or good working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant engineering design software is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively on active construction sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong teamwork abilities.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
