About the Role
Community Trust Network, a premier management consultancy firm, is seeking a qualified and experienced Healthcare Trainer (Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor) to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will deliver high-quality theoretical and practical healthcare training to new and experienced healthcare professionals, combining remote instruction with hands-on classroom sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging healthcare training programs for both new and experienced professionals.
- Facilitate training in phlebotomy, vital signs monitoring, medication management, infection control, and basic clinical skills.
- Demonstrate practical procedures using clinical mannequins, simulation equipment, and other training apparatus.
- Assess trainees' practical competencies, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct interactive online training sessions and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medicine with valid professional registration as a Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare training, clinical teaching, facilitation, or public speaking.
- Demonstrable experience delivering practical, competency-based training using simulation equipment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to teach both online and face-to-face.
- Residency in Abuja, Nigeria, with ownership or access to healthcare training equipment considered an added advantage.
- Flexible, training-based engagement contracted per cohort.
