About the Role
Zinance Limited is a dynamic Information Technology and Consulting firm committed to delivering innovative digital solutions and strategic advisory services to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy professionals to fill the role of Health Information Technician across multiple locations in Lagos (Ikeja, Egbeda, Ikotun, Ikorodu) and Ogun State (Akute, Ajuwon). In this role, you will maintain accurate patient records, ensure strict compliance with healthcare privacy laws, and support medical staff with organized data.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare confidentiality laws and data protection regulations.
- Manage, update, and maintain accurate data for clinical databases and registries.
- Utilize classification software to allocate appropriate clinical codes for insurance compensation and data examination.
- Implement and maintain an effective electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline hospital operations.
- Process patient forms and ensure all medical records are meticulously organized for physicians and clinical staff.
- Proven experience as a Health Information Technician or in a similar records management role.
- Excellent research, clinical coding, and analytical abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of computers, database management, and electronic health information systems.
