We are currently looking for a dedicated and meticulous Health Information Management Technician to manage patient records and support our clinical operations in delivering top-tier healthcare services across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, organize, and maintain patient health records and medical documentation in compliance with institutional and national standards.
- Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all physical and electronic health information systems.
- Process patients' health data for clinical use, billing, research, and healthcare reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to retrieve patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection policies established by federal authorities.
- Must possess a recognized Certificate in Health Information Management Technician from a duly accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid and current practicing license from the relevant professional regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
