About the Role
Skache Integrated Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head, Wealth Management to lead our wealth advisory division. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead market research, drive deposit mobilization across diverse investment products, and manage complex portfolios for high-net-worth clients in the Nigerian financial market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to identify new business opportunities, promote growth, and enhance brand presence.
- Mobilize deposits through the strategic sales of commercial papers, bonds, bond funds, nominated funds, and other premier investment products.
- Manage complex investment portfolios across traditional and alternative asset classes to maximize client returns.
- Develop and implement tailored financial plans focused on long-term wealth preservation and growth for high-net-worth individuals.
- Provide high-touch advisory services and expert guidance on risk management, insurance, and asset protection strategies.
- Collaborate with executive management to formulate and execute effective marketing strategies and operational business drivers.
- Lead, mentor, and foster professional development for junior advisors and support staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Drive aggressive business development through networking, client referrals, and strategic stakeholder relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of cognate banking experience, specifically within a Relationship Management or Wealth Management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to build, monitor, and review complex financial analyses.
- Demonstrated capability in developing business strategies, optimizing operational processes, and driving profitability and ROI.
- Exceptional numerical, verbal, and analytical competence, coupled with superior written and oral communication skills.
