In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver world-class hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and coordinate the floor service team of waiters and restaurant attendants.
- Manage table allocation, reservation flows, and overall service timing to maximize efficiency during peak hours.
- Greet guests warmly, address customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front-of-house staff to maintain professionalism, proper grooming, and impeccable service etiquette.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Proven professional experience as a Head Waiter, Captain, or Senior Waiter in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and manage high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Keen attention to detail regarding table settings, hygiene standards, and guest preferences.
