About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head, South-South Region to lead our regional operations, expand our market footprint, and drive exceptional financial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute regional strategies to drive market development and brand presence across the South-South region.
- Drive aggressive business development, revenue generation, and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Engage and manage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and private wealth clients.
- Secure corporate and institutional business accounts by delivering tailored financial and talent solutions.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, cultivating high-value networks within the regional commercial landscape.
- Monitor investment and market intelligence to identify emerging business opportunities and product distribution avenues.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal corporate governance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 8 to 12 years of extensive experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, investment banking, or institutional sales.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years in a senior relationship management, business development, or regional leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing HNI and institutional clients while successfully scaling AUM.
- Deep understanding of the economic and commercial dynamics of the South-South region in Nigeria.
