About the Role
Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited is a premier energy service company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in innovative power, oil and gas, and industrial sector solutions through global OEM alliances. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head, Operations Delivery to lead our operational execution, oversee major O&M contracts, and drive profitability across our service projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations teams in executing O&M contracts, ensuring site safety, optimal inventory management, and high contractor performance.
- Manage projects directly by tracking budgets, mitigating risks, adhering to timelines, and delivering exceptional results.
- Ensure departmental financial targets and profit margins are consistently achieved across service projects and agreements.
- Provide critical technical and commercial support to sales teams, including pricing strategies and scope-of-work definition.
- Oversee service tender packages, vendor bid evaluations, and contract awards while cultivating strong OEM relationships.
- Establish best practices, tools, and standardized processes for seamless project execution and departmental strategic alignment.
- Interface cross-functionally with internal teams, third-party providers, and government agencies to enhance company reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy industry, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Proven expertise in project delivery, rotating equipment operations, commercial management, and O&M contracts.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP B1 and CMMS, alongside exceptional stakeholder management skills.
