About the Role

As we expand our operational footprint, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain and Logistics to join our executive team in Lekki, Lagos. In this critical leadership role, you will spearhead our comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless operations from procurement to final delivery while driving cost optimization and operational excellence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy.
- Lead procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
- Oversee primary and secondary logistics, distribution, and outsourced fleet operations.
- Manage warehousing and inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance across distributor channels.
- Lead SAP/ERP optimization for supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Manage supply chain budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Drive demand and supply planning, S&OP, and Route-to-Market activities.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop supply chain teams while managing key internal and external stakeholders.
- 18–20 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Experience within FMCG, brewery, beverage, or food manufacturing is required.
- Strong hands-on experience across procurement, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Proven track record in supply chain cost optimization and improving cost-to-serve.
- Strong knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, and Route-to-Market models.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Procurement, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CILT, CSCP, CPSM, or APICS is an advantage.
