About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Supply Chain to direct our comprehensive supply chain operations. In this executive role, you will oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to ensure optimal business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that optimize procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Lead cross-functional supply chain teams to guarantee product availability, operational efficiency, and timely delivery across the entire value chain.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to improve service levels and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor overall supply chain performance, proactively identify risks and process improvement opportunities, and implement industry best practices to enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and inventory control standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across all operational units.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a mandatory Master's degree.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive supply chain experience specifically within the FMCG sector, featuring proven leadership in end-to-end operations.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS, or equivalent are considered a strong added advantage.
- Deep working knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, ERP systems, and supply chain optimization techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills suited for a fast-paced Nigerian market environment.
