About the Role
Royal Farms Integrated Products Limited is a leading Nigerian agribusiness and food distribution company headquartered in Aba, Abia State. Established in 2014, we specialize in the large-scale supply, cold storage, and logistics of premium agro-allied commodities nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across our corporate offices and operational facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming office floors, hallways, and conference rooms.
- Maintain pristine conditions in restrooms, kitchens, and break areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
- Safely handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company health and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards promptly to the facility management team.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, cleaned, and stored after every shift.
- Collaborate with other facility staff to support overall workplace organization and special cleaning projects.
- Minimum of a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), WAEC, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Proven previous experience working as a cleaner, janitor, or in a similar sanitation role, preferably within a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and waste disposal methods.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of thoroughness.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift cleaning equipment as required.
- Residency in or around Aba, Abia State, with the ability to commute reliably to the workplace.
