About the Role
Intersect Consortium is a leading group of organizations dedicated to mental health and addiction services across Africa, providing comprehensive awareness, education, treatment, and support. We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strategy & Operations to sit at the intersection of high-level planning and meticulous execution, ensuring our strategic vision translates into measurable organizational success.
Key Responsibilities- Own the governance and implementation of the Consortium's OKR framework, collaborating with department heads to establish measurable Key Results.
- Monitor organizational performance, identify execution gaps, and recommend data-driven corrective actions to executive management.
- Provide high-level remote administrative, process documentation, and operational support to our new UK healthcare clinic.
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and healthcare data-protection principles for all administrative and operational workflows.
- Design, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), filing systems, and cross-departmental workflows.
- Coordinate strategic projects including business initiatives, process improvements, and executive management action trackers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying and monitoring OKR or KPI performance management frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational, process-mapping, and documentation skills with strict attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of UK healthcare data protection principles and GDPR compliance is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across international teams.
