Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership for the nursery and primary sections.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high educational standards.
- Manage daily school operations, including staff supervision, professional development, and performance appraisals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined school culture aligned with the school values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulatory standards and statutory requirements in Ogun State.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or a Master Degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership and administrative experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Mandatory possession of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and primary school curriculum development.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
